    Missing is pg_query, which packages the SQL parser from PostgreSQL itself as a library. If your SQL dialect of interest is PostgreSQL, it has the best compatibility almost by definition.

      Reading through the laundry list of libraries, grammars, and approaches that the author covered, I can see this being a HUGE benefit to others writing projects which require SQL parsing. Considering that up-and-coming data projects have deliberately eschewed SQL in favor of other languages.

      Perhaps the most promising SQL case in memory was the rewrite of Cosette 1.0 (Racket) to Cosette 2.0 (Python) which seems to have been entirely abandoned.
