    I would have had a lot more fun in high school math if it had all been taught side by side with working code.

      I’m surprise no mention of automatic/algorithmic differentiation in this article, a topic that’s been mentioned here before. I haven’t seen automatic differentiation of complex functions but it seems like a straightforward extension.
