A general guide is that you’re fine if there are tags that fit your story. I might speculate that somebody objects that “culture” or “graphics” are meant to be about tech, and that this isn’t sufficiently tech. I agree with the first point (you can see the full descriptions on https://lobste.rs/filters) but not the second; emoji are tech. But at any rate, “art” is clear-cut.

It’s always a matter of opinion, and people are going to differ.
