I have been looking into Rust to understand more about ownership and the constraints and abstractions used, but I can’t quite get into it. Maybe this is easier to grasp?
Also, the ‘seemlessly’ in the second sentence of the readme really bothers me (but not enough to fork the repo, fix it, and send a pull request which potentially requires me to agree to the CLA. This would be something that I had to discuss at work and by default my contract does not allow it. Sad but true.)
Bear in mind that Verona is a research project. It doesn’t sound like they’re interested in developing a useful general purpose language ecosystem.
Reading the rust book from the start might be a better option.
