It’s a coding puzzle game as recruiting tool that pops down (or at least used to, not sure if it’s currently running) when you do enough relevant searches in google. I never played through the whole thing, but the first few phases I did were moderately interesting, but not amazingly more so than eg advent of code, or other similar things.
Last I heard there wasn’t any known way to give or request an invite directly, you had to trigger whatever algorithm was watching your search terms. I think there were a bunch of “try searching these things…” type articles trying to find ways to trigger it, though don’t know if any of them actually worked.
