I use it every day at work. Windows' window management has always been horrible, bug.n makes it relatively tolerable.
I am a daily dwm user under linux, but bug.n’s tagging/view system generally makes less sense to me under Windows. As a result, I tend to remove the top bar wholesale and just use bug.n for the more sensible window management.
Even with bug.n, my linux setup with dwm will always be my preferred workflow, but at least Windows at work isn’t completely unbearable now. :)
Man I’m booting a vm just to test this out, this could be awesome.
