@steveklabnik, this seems to be getting a good response here, this post has a lot of upvotes and has stayed at the top of the front page for a few days now, but I know that I for one upvoted it without any intention of helping, since I don’t know ruby or rails at all, I just thought the idea was neat. Have you gotten any help so far on this?
A bit! So far, my work has generated this PR, and I’m working on clearing out all the other Issues. One small problem is that I’m still waiting on defunkt to answer his email to give me commit bit, and Terence is still in Helsinki, so we’re working on it, but it’ll be the coming days and weeks that really tell the tale, not the last 48 hours.
Some people have helped a bit, and some more have said they will in the coming days. Honestly, most of the time, people talk the talk and don’t walk the walk, so I’m only cautiously optimistic.
