Regarding nvim, I have recently fallen in love with fzf-lua. Don’t know if it’s better or worse than telescope, but so far it feels pretty lightweight and it has paid for itself (in terms of time spent to set up vs. time saved) in less than a week.
fzf-lua is indeed quite nice and is what I used for a long time as well. I’ve more recently started using mini.pick (one of the many modules included in mini.nvim) which is both very fast and does not have a dependency on fzf (which is nice since I often run nvim on remote machines where I don’t have all of my auxiliary tools).
Unless I’m confused, the first keymap may not work as is.
I need to escape the initial
<and final>to make them work as word boundaries.Still, it’s a nice mapping.
