I wonder for how long the government has already had this technology, and why the project is allowed to be published. Are my preconceptions of the military or DoD silencing tech like this wrong? Have we stopped doing that at the end of the Cold War Era?
I’m very happy it’s public, and if the claims are true this will change mobile/IoT/radio tech.
