GC support is about to ship in an origin trial for Chrome. There’s also a large portion of the spec implemented in JSC (some of my colleagues at Igalia did much of that implementation work).
IIRC it depends on a few other extensions, one of which is reference types, but those have been implemented already - I think that’s really that primary hold up at this point.
