Business people can advocate for their agenda, from the CEO all the way down to the marketing assistant, and as a generalization they’re all going to advocate for a debased and broken implementation of Agile, which goes like this: “Go as fast as you can, all day, every day–we’re going to be over here changing our minds a lot.”
Nice rant. And good advice: learn to negotiate.
