    @andyc it was actually https://github.com/rsc/c2go that did the translation, not Grind. Grind I believe was/is a tool that tried to somewhat “idiomatize” the code after the translation. (Or is it what you meant from the start? The sentence is quite vague, but seeing a mention of mycpp I assume you wanted c2go there.)

      Yes, it appears that Grind was used on the output of c2go to make it more idiomatic. But as mentioned we don’t need that because our source language isn’t changing (any time soon). So it’s a little more similar to the TeX case.
