We’ve deployed a version of his code with the CHERI compilers which has been a fantastic tool for showing people how C constructs can be lowered with memory safety. I can’t decide if 10 years feels like longer or less long than I’d have guessed. It still feels like a new and exciting tool in some ways, but also like a tool that’s so useful I find it hard to remember how we worked when we didn’t have it.
Incredibly useful piece of software for educational and personal use. Here’s to another 10 years.
…and professional usage for communicating with peers on the subject of things like warning flags and optimizers…
A lovely tool!

Such a fantastic resource. Matt & co. should rightly be proud of their achievement.
