In China, you can find EBAZ4205, a 5$ BTC miner control card with a ZYNQ SoC (XC7Z010CLG400, which contains Dual Core Cortex A9 @ 666.66MHz and Artix-7 FPGA with 28k LEs), with its schematic sufficiently reversed and documented. There are even tutorials targeting this board and a community around it!

Huh, two Ethernet PHYs on that LED controller, would be hilarious to make that into a network switch. (Would be much more useful as a gateway but idk if that’s possible.. would a RISC-V CPU + a routing accelerator fit on the ECP5? would that perform? are there any open source IP routing accelerators for FPGAs?)
