That is shitty. I’d like to use FreeBSD for more things, but there’s not even an up to date Docker tree for it (there are a couple of projects that are either way behind or abandoned).
There’s also no mention at all about systemd in this post. I’m currently on Gentoo which is one of the few distributions with patches that let you have dbus without systemd (I believe Slackware does as well). No mention of decoupling, and with their linux only statement, it seems like it will be more tightly coupled to a single operating system going forward.
