I’m not sure if this is intentional, but I somehow fell into the QEMU control prompt by doing some Emacs keybindings I usually do in bash. Is it a bug? Also it seems like the first character is getting swallowed all the time, resulting in me tying “url …” instead of “curl …”.
Yikes! I fixed the QEMU monitor prompt! Sadly I can’t figure out what is eating the first char of some sessions
Just had the QEMU prompt too, but anyway congratulations, that’s an awesome project!
It broke for me when curl prompted for a password (with -u user).
This sounds cool, and the work you did on quickly spinning up VMs is interesting. But could you provide an alternative interface to this game that users could access with their terminal of choice? Maybe an SSH server? Browser-based terminals are difficult if not impossible for blind users in particular.
Can’t you fork a single “golden process” qemu VM after it boots?
Fun, but consistently freezes at ~40seconds in both browsers I tried.
The freezing has been there for me on Firefox 60.9.0esr (Debian stable), too, but at varying points. At one point, I made it to the SMTP part but then it froze up. Failed to get there in time a second time.
