The definition of “hostile nations” is pretty ridiculous; they block all traffic from certain countries, which seems to ignore the fact that the dissidents within those countries are more likely to be affected by the ban than the state-sponsored actors who will have resources to bounce their connections off relays in non-blocked countries.
