Very cool writeup. I love that animation. I’ve tried to write out the frames of that animation many times in the past.
I was literally just using these kinds of techniques via (manually inlined) MemoTries. It’s perhaps a bit early to submit the post—I’m still editing it and the contest entry it was based upon isn’t closed yet—but I’ll submit it here as a comment once the contest expires and perhaps as an article if I like it enough.
