I don’t miss snow crashes, but I do miss all memory being shared. (I guess setting some memory aside to be shared is a thing these days.) I miss TSRs. I miss pallet rotation.
The window-eating crabs version was also implemented as an INIT for the original Mac OS, which was fun to surreptitiously install on friends’ machines in college.
