My favorite part of lobsters is how open everything is when it comes to the operation of the site. Moderations and user lists are public. The code is open source. I would love to be able to see traffic stats as well. I know that the color of the L changes due to activity, but I’d like to know how much traffic we’re attracting on a daily basis.

    Last 6 months up to yesterday where requests are anything hitting the Rails app.

      I wonder if the recent uptick in users is because of people complaining that it’s down on twitter.
