The Linux support is something interesting in this release, something I’ll probably play with. It’d also be nice (albeit it probably won’t happen) for Swift to support other UNIX-likes, such as OpenBSD.
It supports FreeBSD now, after some contributions from external developers. There are only official pre-built releases for Ubuntu 14.04 and 15.10.
