Pretty cool ! I wouldn’t mention the relation to vim, because it’s more about optimizing keyboard usage rather than getting Vim keymaps.
As a side note, you would love the qmk firmware. It’s a programable firmware for keyboards that works in terms of layouts (and much more !)
