I like that it’s bitemporal (datomic isn’t). There’s a project that adds bitemporal queries/inserts/etc to postgres, but it’s kind of clunky to use and no ORM that I know of supports it.
I’d be interested in reading a practical comparison between xtdb and other database systems (bugs; ease of use; performance under real-world load).
