Same, though I wish there was a nice motion design app with support for SVG animation… I animated the icon at the bottom of my site by hand, and it was not exactly the most pleasant experience.
The big advantage of using SVGs over this approach is that they are not affected by framerate, which is nice given that more and more high refresh rate displays are making it onto the market. Even smartphones have 90 or 120 Hz displays already. 60 fps animation looks a bit choppy on that.

I see that Rive has a way to export as SVG, I haven’t personally used this feature yet, but maybe it can solve your issue?
