Description: we offer loans to small businesses that were especially successful during CBILS, but we’ve launched a bunch of new products since then. I’ve been at FC for just short of two years, on a new product team. I’ve been enjoying it a lot: work-life balance is quite good. I find it fulfilling in that there’s plenty of room to have loads of impact, but we’re big enough that we won’t be asked to work long hours, or anything like that.
