I lurk here a lot, though I do not post often, and one thing I appreciate about this crowd is a consistent desire to understand one’s tools. (Sometimes to a degree that can be snobby at people who aren’t the same kinds of nerds as us; but that is a normal human foible about passions.) And I think that’s at least one small part of why I have been motivated lately to dig in deeper into my chosen operating system: to get to know it well, to make it more my own. So: thank you all!
