I know they’re not the same but I noticed Amazon’s Echo Show was not the on Cyber Monday’s list of discounts at amazon.com and it made me think of the hot issue of NN. I do think we’d all be better off if the Amazon Show did show videos from anywhere including YouTube. For those that don’t know, Google says Amazon cannot show them due to something to do with terms of service.

Off topic… Can’t I ask a question here on lobste.rs? Seem I HAD to add the url, which btw enlightened me that Google is going to allow vids to appear again on Show but that’s not the point—sometimes I just want to ask you all a question without a URL. Can I? And I had to add a stupid “ai” as a random pick for a tag to also asked my question. Arggg.
