I’ve been reading this and enjoying it very much – there are a lot of moments in here where I’ve said “yep, that’s a problem we’ve had, and here are some better ways of doing it than what we were doing”. It’s written by the CTO of Netflix and discusses how to make your software project production-ready.

    I’ve read most of this book as well and agree with OP. Its one of those books that should be read, along with: The Art of Capacity Planning: Scaling Web Resources
