For the most people, Google Research Blog post on the same paper would be a better read.
I expected something bayesian.
Bayes, neural nets… just different ways to capture sensory information as codes. I think the interaction between the sensory inputs and the internal codes are the more important part, to which method of capture is secondary (still important ofc).
