Hispanics have a higher college enrollment rate than whites
Even though in the author’s chart this is only true in 2012, and the chart goes to 2012, and only by ~4%, but when hispanics are beneath whites it’s almost 40%. Surely it could be that now it’s trending above the line, but the author doesn’t give us enough information to make that conclusion.
