    I like OKRs but the author seems to not have grasped how the KRs work.

      How so? Can you explain how you draw that conclusion?

        KRs are not supposed to read like sub-tasks; they should read like a claim that can be easily & deterministically evaluated to be true or false.

        Using the author’s example, they would look something like this:

        1. I have written 2000 lines of Python code in the past 4 weeks.
        2. I have published at least 1 pypi pkg.
        3. HeaderCheck is hosted on GitHub.

        Same idea but notice the difference in how they’re stated.
