          It’s a PC Engines APU2 build, which seems to be pretty popular ever since this post. Mine is mostly the same, except I got a better mSATA card.

        support for building with clang is interesting, a nice post might be some analysis on system performance, binary sizes and compile times.

          Not to mention tools such as SAFEcode and Softbound + CETS are being built with LLVM. Very, hypothetical possibility of applying them to OpenBSD code at some point. I’m not sure those methods would interact nicely with their own mitigations, though. Maybe have to turn one set or the other off.

          Remove “CVS tips” section from the web site. This forbidden knowledge is now forbidden.

            No deeper reason. I removed them as part of the still ongoing FAQ cleanup: getting rid of stuff that isn’t particularly useful anymore. It’s not as if those particular tips contained many hidden gems. Some of the bullet points are covered elswere, some are no longer relevant and, well, softdeps are softdeps…
