I got my Technician license in high school and besides getting a handheld in college I could never use it because new and eBay equipment was too costly and I couldn’t find any cheap stuff in my town.
Now that I live in a city and make a little money I will get myself setup. If anyone has antenna mounting recommendations for a ground floor rental apt in a city, please speak up.
I am embarrassed that other than renewing my license I haven’t engaged in any ham activity at all for decades.
