This is the second language that I’ve heard of called Q, the other being the APL variant. Looking up that language, I found that there’s a third one which came out in 1991. Seems like a pretty bad namespace conflict at this point.
If you name your project with a single latin character, you’re bound to have a namespace conflict. I think there was also a “SQL for CSV files” tool posted earlier that was also named Q.
I wish there was a C implementation, then it could be more easily ported to a large number of languages.
