This was a really enjoyable read. Hadn’t heard of Digital Antiquarian before but now that I’ve seen there’s e-book formats available, I’ve got a lot of reading to do now :).
Speaking of Delphine Software and art-over-gameplay games, you can chalk me up as probably one of the only people who liked the Flashback sequel, “Fade to Black”.

Oh! I forgot about Fade to Black. I only ever played the demo but it had great atmosphere.
