Self-promotion: It’s great to have authors participate in the community, but not to exploit it as a write-only tool for product announcements or driving traffic to their work. As a rule of thumb, self-promo should be less than a quarter of one’s stories and comments.
Thanks extrawurst! I use gitui for staging and diffs almost every day. It’s ideal to quickly revert some lines. Great time-saver.
For commits I still prefer the cli where you can use a proper editor (vim in my case).
thanks for the feedback! appreciated!
Will give this a proper try. I am used to lazygit but this seems snappier.
