      Too many words about nothing.

      tl;dr: the article has an order of magnitude more characters than the reported number of computers with public IP-addresses in North Korea.

      There are much more interesting reports about North Korea. One of my favourite ones is the travel there by Artemy Lebedev in 2006 at http://tema.ru/travel/north-korea-1/.
