It was a she(a)r pleasure to hear about failure from the point of view of a Civil Engineer.
Accurately reflects a feeling I had on my first job: “But, how do they trust me with this?”
I can recommend this book. It had interesting case studies and gave me a new perspective on the role of failure (i.e. the importance of systematically learning from failures) in engineering.
Cool, I have that book in hardcover. I believe I’ve read parts of it…
