I submitted this a month ago when it first came out, but 6 episodes in, I feel like I have to mention this podcast again.

If you hate the Hacker News/YC/VC/startup scene circlejerk, this podcast is a great listen. Joe Damato (the guy behind the awesomely technical time to bleed site) and James Golick bullshit about random technical subjects like malloc internals. It’s not the most professional production but there’s no idle chit-chat or navel gazing. The latest episode was about the technical problems of virtualization and why using EC2 isn’t always such a great idea.
