So glad I started my Sunday morning by reading this. I often feel I work in an industry that’s particularly brutal w.r.t. its treatment of mistakes or even those simply lacking in experience. It’s nice to see a post highlighting an incredibly reasonable and productive response, instead of the abuse and mockery I often see.
