This was djb’s solution for the need to encrypt the entire internet. Even if it has not got much traction or buzz I thought it’s design was, at the very least, well thought out and might be appreciated here.
Unfortunately, CurveCP seems pretty dead, but QUIC is similar. Did djb ever comment on QUIC somewhere?

I find SCTP interesting. It is not encrypted, but it might be better anyways to do that at a higher layer (e.g. with Noise) or not?
