Not really sure about the best tag for this. ‘Person’ is probably not about companies (although persons are talked about) but I’m also not sure about ‘culture’, but I went with it after figuring that there is also a ‘philosophy’ tag, which could be about culture among other things. So for this one ‘culture’ it is.

Maybe ‘story’ or ‘background’ would be nice tags to have.
