It is missing check boxes for: readability, maintainability, efficiency, easy to learn, and probably more.
The question I always ask is: “How is this language different from the other 30 to 50 languages invented this year, last year, the year before that, the year before before…”
Those are more or less implied by some of the detailed boxes under “Unfortunately, your language (has/lacks):”. Providing specific details is more helpful than a blanket statement of “Your language is difficult to maintain”.
