Nobody at Google thought of this as using monopoly power in one space to harm a competitor in another space?
They not only have YouTube, they have a variety of streaming devices which plug into TVs and aren’t unusually fickle about what content they stream.
This seems like one of the more egregious abuses of their monopoly position. I understand that the policy only affects autocomplete but it is still a shady move.
