Last year I migrated back to X11 after a year on Wayland because I couldn’t handle switching to X11 just to do color-sensitive work. I tried Wayland when there was big news about HDR+color management a few years ago and it felt like we could be a flag away from turning it on. I’m happy to see the work still progressing and I follow the issue on the Freedesktop GitLab forge, but I really want this now!
