Not exactly on topic but related - http://stephanos.io/archives/21 has some pointers to the old OpenNT project, which was some guys from BA who were attempting to fork and continue Windows NT 3.5 from the old source code leak release. It’s been probably a year or more since I looked at it, but I’d bet it has all the Alpha bits.
Speaking of Alpha NT, where is my functional Alpha emulator that can boot NT?
EmuVM has AlphaVM which supports Digital UNIX/True64 and OpenVMS but no mention is made of NT/Alpha. Their site doesn’t seem to mention support for X11/DECwindows so perhaps graphics hardware isn’t supported?
Looks like a bizarro-world FX!32 - instead of emulating x86 on Alpha NT, (which is basically VMS) its Alpha on x86 VMS.

I’ve never looked into running NT on any emulator, but I’m not sure if anyone had ever gotten ARC/AlphaBIOS up. HP seems to have the leftover Compaq goodies at ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/alphant and ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/alphaserver/
neozeed (https://virtuallyfun.superglobalmegacorp.com) might be the guy to ask.
