    This type of stuff is so exciting and it’s always important to point out that remaking an image in CSS is not like just using yet another tool to do the same job. You get something that is:

    • A much smaller file size
    • Easy to modularize, easy to iterate on (if you’re a CSS wizard)
    • Easy to integrate into a responsive design
