PaperWM is without a doubt my favourite window manager I can’t bear to use (because it’s so buggy, although I’m probably overdue to try it again). I’m excited to try this, if a little worried that it’s going to be fighting macOS’s opinions in much the same way the original PaperWM fights GNOME’s.
Author here: there’s definitely quirks in MacOS’s window handling. See the limitations section of the README. But we can also add features, like the swipe gesture navigation, that make PaperWM.spoon feel a little more at home in MacOS.
It’s most likely my subtly broken Ubuntu install, but when I open https://github.com/mogenson/PaperWM.spoon in Firefox (124.0.1) the video just shows a static frame when playing.
