Actually, in a way, the basic component of Aspirin has been used as medicine in some form since antiquity: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_aspirin. I realize this is not exactly the same thing though.
Does this fit into the scope of the site? It seems just be out of it, but I don’t want to downvote if others believe that this fits in with what Lobsters should be.
It also raises the question of separate Lobsters based aggregators for other domains of interest as well.
I think it’s fascinating that scientists are still discovering something new about this 115 year-old drug. I imagine the drug companies hate that.
