    The whole notion of a handoff smacks of viewing the software creation process as a digital assembly line (where your responsibility ends once you hand your work over) instead of something more like an orchestra (where each person pitches in at the right time repeatedly, sometimes in tandem).

      This blog post makes a good point (development shouldn’t be linear, but organised around feedback) using a mediocre method. It paints developers as some kind of superheroes of problem solving, which they aren’t.
